Rough Housing

As mom has told us many times, when you rough house the littlest one always gets hurt. Either daddy caught her with a right hook or her nose hit his head - either way Ysabella's first bloody nose ensued.

Perfect Form

The picture perfect form, as shown by Ysabella
Raegan, of a military push up. Straight back, arms extended, head up. Under the watchful eye of her trainer, Mom Erica.
"this is something that we train everyday, perfect form along with a perfect diet equals a mean lean bod" Following a daily plan has allowed this little girl to tighten her midsection while building upper body strength.
Now mom and daughter are off to eat a bowl of oatmeal with protein shake.
